This 10-hour live mentor coach education program is delivered over five live sessions and is designed for experienced coaches seeking Mentor Coach Specialization credit for prior learning.
Coaching Mastery Mentor Intensive™ is a live certification cohort — not a self-paced course. Every session is delivered live, in small interactive cohorts, by ICF MCC-credentialed coaches who have attained the Mentor Coaching Specialist (MCS) designation, ensuring real-time dialogue, personalized feedback, and a learning experience designed to develop genuine coaching judgment, not simply complete required education hours.
This program does not include one-to-one mentor coaching, individual session scheduling, Mentor Coaching Goals, a RaeNotes call review process, or a Mentor Coaching Growth Review. Those features belong to Mentor Coaching Services.
Eligibility to apply for an ICF Mentor Coach Specialization depends on your current ICF credential level and the specialization level you intend to pursue. Participants are responsible for completing the required ICF evaluation training (ACC BARS, PCC Markers, MCC BARS, or their equivalent, as applicable) before submitting their Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application, as required by the current ICF pathway. ICF eligibility requirements and application pathways may change over time; participants are responsible for reviewing the current ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) requirements before submitting an application.

Attendance & Recording Policy
Attendance at every live session is expected. Participants may receive credit for up to two missed live sessions by completing the full session recordings. Attendance at all remaining sessions is required to earn the completion certificate. Attendance and program progress are tracked in your workspace.
